How we began
Starting as a one-man operation and with a focus on residential carpet cleaning, Troy Landrum purchased his first truck-mounted system in 2000. As a result of quality work and referrals from satisfied customers, It was not long before Landrum’s Services began to flourish and Troy had to hire staff to help meet the demands of the ever increasing workload.
His reputation for providing superior service then opened the door for Troy to make the transition to commercial cleaning, where he expanded his business to include all floor types as well as a full janitorial service. Today, because of his continued commitment to the highest quality standards, his list of satisfied clients include Flagship Enterprise Center, Nestle, Ivy Tech Community College, along with other commercial, industrial, and educational facilities.
